• Assisted Dr. Andrew Harley and Professor Priscilla Yuen for organizational operations of the Accompanying and Chamber Music department at the Eastman School of Music

• Responsible for creating annual audition day schedules (3 days total each year), hiring of collaborative musicians, backstage volunteers 

• Communicated with the administrative office for smooth on-site logicstics prior to and during the audition season
